MPN Software Systems was founded by a husband & wife team in New Jersey. Karen was a recent New York Chiropractic College graduate who had already outgrown her first office (she was treating several hundred patients weekly). Mike was a graduate student in Computer Science with several years of Fortune 500 & startup experience under his belt. Originally trademarked as the Chiropractic Office Manager®, their new software quickly began replacing other practice management systems as they established a reputation. By the turn of the century, Karen was personally treating > 100 patients/day while running a large multi-disciplinary practice. And ECLIPSE® - which was renamed to reflect its adoption by a varied assortment of health care providers - was in use at thousands of locations in all 50 states.
Always a leader. MPN created the "zero-in" user interface & invented case management. MPN also created the concept of "billing profiles," was first to integrate SOAP & billing... and introduced the very first Windows software for healthcare providers. When HIPAA became law, MPN was first to integrate mandated formats and became a nationwide testing partner for BC/BS. And in 2013, MPN added Real Time Data Flow (RTDF) to eliminate competition for a patient's chart in your office. RTDF allows you to instantly see changes by other users when multiple staff members are simultaneously using the same patient's chart.
ECLIPSE EHR Solutions provides sales & support for ECLIPSE users nationwide from its company owned location in Florida. The team at EES has decades of experience working with ECLIPSE users under the leadership of CEO John Waskowitz. John has 30 years of experience with ECLIPSE, was the first technical support specialist ever hired, ran technical support services for years, and has directed operations for the past two decades.

Their goal? Return On Investment (ROI). And the more they can charge, the more they earn. We have no investors -- though investment firms express interest in us almost daily. In a market littered with the detritus of companies that rise & fall, ECLIPSE has demonstrated its stability & commitment to the doctors we've served for over 35 years.
Integrity. We hold ourselves to high standards & expect the same from others. So, when the American Medical Association began demanding that we pay it licensing fees in 2017, based upon an outrageous and unfounded claim of copyright infringement, our IP attorneys said “No!” And we paid the AMA nothing. In 2021, when DatRec filed patent infringement claims against us & dozens of other companies, rather than pay the requested “licensing fees” to avoid a lengthy & expensive trial, our attorneys filed a 42 page 35 U.S.C. § 101-motion to dismiss. Before the Judge ruled on the motion, DatRec dismissed their complaintwithout receiving anything from EES.
