Dr. Walters is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, is licensed to practice in NY, NJ, VA (inactive) and FL, founded and operated a successful, multidisciplinary Chiropractic & Physical Therapy clinic for over 25 years
(where she was personally treating > 100 patients/day), and has advised practice management consultants on a variety of topics – including setup & maintenance of combined physical therapy and chiropractic clinics. She has routinely performed IME’s and appeared in court to provide testimony on behalf of patients. Dr. Walters has taught Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, and General Biology within the NJ College & University system, has NJ teacher certifications in Biology, Chemistry and Physics, and originated the Forensics program for the Ridgewood, NJ school system. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University. Her lectures have been attended & viewed by physicians nationwide. Her course materials for teachers have been downloaded 100,000+ times!
About Mike
With a B.S. in Biology & Chemistry, M.A. in Computer Science and decades of experience in health care & software development, Mike is the chief architect of ECLIPSE® Practice Management Software and the President of MPN Software Systems, Inc. He has extensive experience with health provider audits & computer forensics investigations at the local, state, and federal level, has provided expert witness testimony for trial and has advised health care providers and management consultants for decades with regard to virtually every aspect of practice management.
Aside from developing the first health care software in the United States to run natively on the Microsoft Windows platform, Mike has developed myriad database, user interface and performance features now in common use in healthcare software everywhere & has multiple patents pending in related areas.

On April 5th, 2014, The Board of Trustees of The American College of Chiropractors inducted Mike & Karen as Fellows at a ceremony in Seneca Falls, NY. These honorary degrees recognize their decades long contributions to the chiropractic profession via a wide ranging series of software innovations along with their ongoing roles in an educational and advisory capacity to chiropractors across the United States.
